2024 PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION

If you have a passion for the built environment and urban landscape enter the 2024 Sunshine Coast Open House Focus on Architecture Photography Competition.

Visit participating Sunshine Coast Open House buildings allowing photography on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October and snap your winning photo.

All entries are judged on three criteria:

  • Creativity
  • Quality of photography
  • Significance to architecture

Entries are judged by a committee comprising local architects, a representative from Queensland Timber Flooring, and built infrastructure photography experts from the Sunshine Coast.

All entries must be submitted (uploaded) to via the form below before 5pm on Wednesday 26 October 2024. No limit on number of entries.

* Please note some buildings have photography restrictions.

OPEN CATEGORY

Open to all amateur and professional photographers.

Entries can be submitted in four categories:

  • Detail
  • Interior
  • People

STUDENT CATEGORY

Open to all school students.

Entries can be submitted in four categories:

  • Exterior
  • Detail
  • Interior

Entrants in the Sunshine Coast Open House Photography Competition are able to upload one photo per category (up to four photos in total if all four categories are entered).
